oh okay.. well they dont just bleed down when running.  they will bleed down anytime pressure is applied to them....  but very slowly.

but like you stated b4... the best way to bleed them is with a long pin/paperclip by hand..  but as stated before, you only have to do this if you are starting the engine within a short period of time of installing them or the cams/rockers.
