Wipers wont turn off

Wipers wont turn off, speed stays the same, can't be adjusted. Does it have something to do with the wiper switch? Electrical noob here. I'll pull the fuse for now.

could be the switch, or in the motor itself.

yep, definately could be a stuck wiper relay, good call.

relay is probably under the hood, but I don't know for sure.

If its the switch, yes, the upper and lower column  must come off.  Thats not hard really.
