clean the blade and bore so that there is no crud, set the throttle stop switch as per the shop manual, and try to wiggle the shaft. There should be no slop in the shaft. These bearings/bushings are pretty stout so its probably fine, but check in any case.
Block off the fast idle air valve and leave the ISC port open.
reroute the coolant line back into itself(on the car, not the throttle body)
install, setup bisss screw and timing.
You could also put in new shaft seals now that its off.
Or you could send it out to be done fully, with half shaft, bored out etc.
