Type-S "flutter" Fix

If you have a type s and you don't have the lower nipple connected you get a flutter with low boost and part throttle sometimes.
I did this last night and it worked like a charm.

Fuck, that noise always pisses me off too. Reminds me of Sega Rally...anyone remember that?

You may not like this Ryan it makes your BOV quieter. LOL
But yea the BOV works like it should now. That's most important to me.
If I want it louder I will just have to run more boost.  ;)
