August 29 Test & Tune anyone?

My buddies and I are thinking of taking a day off and going to the test and tune on Friday, August 29.

I emailed mission raceway for some info:

Q: How much does it cost?
A: $60 for car and driver

Q: What is the max number of cars?
A: W/ high school ~ 35, w/o ~60

Q: Start time and end time?
A: Gates at 8am, racing from 10am to 4pm

Q: How to join up?
A: Need to reserve by phone. Leave name & # and someone will confirm

You should be able to do a lot of runs with only 60 cars. Better than $25 bucks for 3 runs with 2hr wait time.

Sounds like fun Jack.  I can't take the day off tho, but I will see you at the track for the evening.  Carmen is going to bring the car early and get a tech card.

do you just call and reserve for one spot, or do we need to find 60 people?

Damn, it looks like I might not be able to take Aug 29 off after all.

Travis, you can just call them and someone will call to confirm. You don't need 60 people, that's just the maximum number of cars allowed. Compare that with Street Legal's max of 225.

Maybe we should organize the Fall Shootout at the test & tune instead of the Street Legal?
