White 2G eclipse w/ blitz body kit/ carbon fiber hood and altezzas

spotted him while i was driving in the colt heading to work at peardonville this morning.  He had BCDSM stickers on.  I imagine he came from chilliwak.  I tried to get his attention with some boostin but his head kept pointing strait ahead. Couldn't see him too well but looked to be east indian dude. Not sure if it was a turbo eclipse or not as the badges were all gone along with the OEM bumpers.

anyone know who this is or maybe he frequents the site still.
