Relax Derek,
This happens every single time you spend a million on parts you end up spending another million making them work
You have a bent clutch fork, replace it and all will be well. You may be able to shim the pivot ball but it's more of a bandaid.
The lesson not to trust the machine shop completely and to thoroughly check things is an important one, however i doubt the missing plug is something that anyone would have caught. Afterall if it was that obvious you or the machine shop or whoever is doing the swap would have noticed it. Or is it the front shaft hole left in the case from removing the left balance shaft that may need a frostplug. The case is made of cast aluminum as is known to crack from the pressure of the frost plug in the balance shaft eliminator kit. I chose to leave the shaft installed with a new seal behind it and just no belt spinning it.
None of this is a big deal it just goes with the territory.
