need my car inspected

Hey guys I have a couple problems with my car and I was wondering where I could go to the engine code pulled and the whole car inspected for problems. I live in new west so hopefully its near by :p

Symptoms:
Cel light (I pulled the code it’s a 1390, but I want to make sure)
Rough idle and smell of gasoline
car stutters from about 1000 rpm to 3000 (If I hold the rpm at 1500 the car will studded, however if i accelerate there are no problems)

I got mine inspected by Frank, at Top End Turbo before I bought it, he seemed very knowledgable, and he only works on DSMs.. but he's in Abbotsford... check the vendors section of the forums.
