some t-belt questions

the car has 94k on it and I'm gonna do the t-belt, it has some oil on it, I'm not sure what it's from, and would like to know the most likely causes, apparently the tensioner can leak oil onto it? the valve cover gasket is also leaking and will be replaced, what else could leak oil on the timing belt that I should look at?

I'm going to throw in a whole timing belt kit with all the stuff (OEM of course) and was wondering if at 94k I should do the waterpump too? or is it generally ok for 200k?

I don't know allot, but most people change there WP while there in there.
Unless you want to possibly take it apart again before the T-belt has reached the end of it's life.
I would do it, most people here would do it.

The oil I don't know.

When Frank at Top End did my T belt tune up he also replaced camshaft seals @ 11.00 each. That could also be a source of oil. He also did my water pump which was leaking at the time, 100.00 for that new part. Just my experience.
 I'm not brave enough to do my own wrenching though so if I was paying someone for the labor I'd get the wpump done whether it was shot or not just to save on labor because it's behind the tbelt.

Could also be your main crank seal leaking.  I know mine was when I got my Tbelt off the first time.
