Who used to own my laser? Thats from Harrison

Hey everyone just joined this forum and just bought a 1990 Plymouth Laser RS.And I was wondering who was the owner before the guy I bought it off of.I was just looking at a bunch of wiring that was done and some switchs that were put in and I cant seem to find out what they do.Its black with rims and a big spoiler on the back I also noticed theres a air horn on it and a DSM logo in the rear brake light.Im just hoping to know before I start pulling wires that mite not be necessary.
