I spend alot on my last exhaust system which was 2.5in, but this time I looked around for some good deal.

Got the downpipe off ebay for $140 shipped
Muffler was $120
30degree mandrel bend $30
6 feet of 3" piping $25
Did all the welding byself and ported the o2 housing, so I only spent a little over $300.

V.Nice Roger. What's the exhaust note like now? Probably opened up the powerband a bit for you eh? Any noticable differences with the FMIC? Lag? And can you beat your brother's 323 Turbo now? :D

Well I still have 2month left on my suspension, so I won't find out until then. I did take it for a drive up my street and the boost comes on much stronger and quicker...full boost at 3000rpm (with big 16G), compared to 3500rpm before the 3".

at least I'll have my license back for summer.

so im guessing you did a full turboback for your car?  will u be able to pass emissions at AirCare without a cat?
