if that doesn't fix it, have a look at ECU and or some of the major sensors.
I don't know the 2g system all that well, but it sounds like something is mostly ok, but fritzes out when it gets hot.
If it was a 1g, I'd look at a fuel pressure solenoid or regulator, do you guys have those too(the solenoid)
