have a look at RRE's page on flywheels etc. They have lightened ones and you can get a pretty good description of what they do and what to look for etc.
But why you going to all that trouble and using the stock replacement clutch?
At least get a Centerforce. Your motor is going to make too much power for the stocker, trust me. and its only a couple hundred more. No fun taking it apart again for no reason.
