can you isolate ONE circuit?
Do you have a test light? You could shut off the car and take out the key, and let the ECU click off.
then go under the hood and ground the clip terminal on your test light, then probe power wires with the other end of the light. When you find one that lights it up brightly, you have the circuit.
Electrical can take a long time and be very frustrating, so don't give up.
