stumble\engine light comes on

After I completed replacing the head gasket, exhaust gasket, intake gasket, balance shaft belt, timing belt, valve stem seals,and flushing the coolent the car ran fine for about 2 days. As I was driving it the car started to stumble and lack power. As that was hapening the engine light came on . Then the car resumed normal operation and the engine light went off. and now it stumbles and looses power every once and a while but the engine light doesn't come on. I figure that the fuel filter is pluged or I have leaky spark plug wire, or a spark plug that is foul. anyone have any sugestions or have had a similer problem :?:

Check all your piping for leaks sounds like a boost leak.
