I know I've been getting a little massage from my vibrating seat lately but that's because of the snowbanks that keep building up in my wheels...

Look for snow and ice buildup in the wheel, it is winter.

its not snow, didn'tdrive anywheres in the snow,
The shake has been there for a year and a bit.
The 2 tires on the front were bought at the beginning of the summer. and all the lugnuts are tight,
it comes at like 85 and comes and goes all the time, it will be there upto like 110 then disappear until like 130, its really messed up.
I also have plastic rings in behind the rims to help center them on the rotors

Sounds like your balance weights came off of your rims.

Get the tires re-balanced

well the thing is, the balance is fine.
my cousin works in a tire shop and he balanced my tires like 5 times in one day, and the shake was still there every time he took itout to test it

Warped rotors?  Try putting the front tires in the back and the back to the front.

So, on the wheel balancer - the wheels so not shake - only on the car?

I have those plastic ring things you are talking about...

with them on, the car shook like crazy at 100km/h

with them off, the car shook like crazy at 100km/h

so basically they made no difference, once I put my rims on the car started to shake like crazy at high speeds....

I'm pretty sure it has to do with wheel balancing... other than that I'm lost to... I have yet to go get my wheels rebalanced and see if it makes a difference... if it does I'll let ya know...

Ever hit a real nasty pothole or anything?  Could be a flat spot or something on the rim.  Skid for a while?  Could be a flatspot on the tire tread.  Or drive over the speed rating?  Maybe the tire has seperated under the tread in a spot from heat buildup or manufacturing defect....

Best bet is probably to swap wheels with someone else and see what happens.  Another possibilty is the balancer being used, like any other precision instrument, is out of calibration.  Or what's the spec the wheel is being balanced to?  1/2 oz, 1/4 oz, etc  Static or dynamic balance?  With the wheel weights inside the wheel it's not always as accurate a balance as with the weights on the outside, it just looks nicer.
