I think all those crazy guys like Dal and Rajpal use Chevy Powerslide 2 Gear Trannys.... I think they are crazy for low time drag racing...

doesnt that guy with the White RWD 7 second talon have one? Forgot his name....

Buscher, yea he uses a Slip-n-slide I think.

Shep uses a DSM tranny and hes only a second behind.

yeah maybe a vacum leak.. but then wouldn't I be loosing harsh power and my idle be fucked up? The car still runs and idles fine....

a second, especially going from 7-8 seconds, is a HUUUUGE difference.  The faster you go, the harder it is to go fast.

yeah but the one in the 7's has crazzyy mods compared to shep to..

RWD, Ford 9 inch Rear, tubbed out and has slicks, 2 gear tranny...

Shep has a stock block and crank... running in the 8's.. thats just talent..  :D

problem solved! In good light I actually saw that this problem turned out to be a hose that fell off from under the intake manifold. Plugged the hose back in and tied it down with some clamps and its good to go! Check engine light is now off!  :D
