I forgot how to hook up my boost cantroler can you help

vacuum signal line connects to the bottom (inline with screw), wastegate connects to the side (perpendicular with the screw)

assuming it's a busta bc.

its a hks one  I think before is whent to  the ewg side spot to the bc and then from the bc to the turbo outlet pipe.   is there a in and out on the bc or is it fine ether way?

you should be able to find the HKS instructions on the web.

Is it manual or electronic?

There should be an IN and an OUT, the controller has to receive a signal and when that signal equals its setting it will send it to the wastegate telling it to open.
