Who can do this?

I have this little paint "job" I'm looking to get done. Was going to do that myself as I don't need it to be perfect but not sure if I can sand it later without ruining everything.. So I have spray cans with this paint and just looking for someone who could do that for me? If someone can - let me know how much you want for it. I can drive to you (if you have room for another car until its dry and ready) or it can be done at my place in New Westminster.
If you know someone who can do that cheap - please let me know too.
