Pedestal mounts for guages?
« on: March 31, 2014, 11:20:18 pm »
Little question that's got me pausing for a minute.
I've got my eBoost 2 mounted in a pedestal mount made by Turbosmart - I quite like it and want to go the same route when I install my wideband into the car. Only problem is, Turbosmart's mounts are all 60mm or bigger, no standard 52mm ones.

Anyone know of other manufacturers for a decent quality 52mm pedestal? I've checked AEM's site and the don't do any mounting solutions for their guages. Autometer does one but it's a little ugly. HKS doesn't do one for conventional ones, only their slim guages.

I need a 52 mm version of this:

Anyone know of anything? I'm almost considering getting a spacer machined so I can put a 52 into a 60.

Objects in mirrors appear to be losing.

Just cut the band and drill a new hole then bend as required.  Done, easy peasy

Careful not to make it too small

or add a couple of strips of black rubber and trim off the excess width.

good luck
