looking for a starter

does anyone have a starter laying around? where is the best place to get new referb ones... 1g awd turbo

i can supply you with one.  $40 or $50 if you want me to install it for you.

i always just throw in another used ones.  new or rebuilt starters arnt super cheap.  And i have had many issues dealing with localish rebuilders.
I like Colts.  Turbo Colts.

I ended up rebuilding my self $15 for parts and took me
5 minutes.  easy stuff. I got the parts from brighouse in richmond

Don't forget to replace solenoid..
Heck!!! Replace the armature end bushings and you have a new starter.

I prefer to fix things my self. I didn't spend $4000 @ bcit to not fix things my self lol :)

Well fixing things is how we all learn.  Good job.
 Post up the part numbers for what you bought so someone else can do the same one day if they have the inclination to do so.
