yep, what Brett said. Set your height and camber, but don't plan on changing either one of them on a regular basis.
Also if you go too low, you won't be able to get the rear in spec unless you have adjustable upper arms.
Also keep in mind that toe changes how the car handles too, so it will be different when you drive it out of the alignmnent shop even tho your camber and height are the same as when it went in.
Before you align it make sure everything is in good shape. IE no ball joint or tie rod wear, or anything loose in the bushings on the control arms etc.
