blown turbo, bad piston/rings, bad valve stem seals.

does it smoke under hard boost? or does it smoke when you rev it up after idling for a long time or when you first start it up in the morning?

if you let it idle for a long time, and then rev it up and it smokes blue, chances are its the valve stem seals.

yup, a lot of the time you can get away with replacing the valve seals... but sometimes the guides get excessive play and even doing th seals wont do much for long.  I have never really seen DSM guides get much play in them... usually the heat from the turbocracks/hardens the valves pretty fast.

I do offer a valve stem seal service..  I can do it with the head installed.

And if Brett is willing to do it on the side, take him up on it, you will save lots of money over paying a shop to do it.
