afaik, crank walk and bshafts have little to do with each other. Just the end play/thrust bearing issue.
be sure you know what you are up for on the no balance shafts tho, if its a real daily driver it can be annoying. Depending on your preference. No its not bad, and I know lots of people do it on daily drivers, but its definately noticable for sure. Especially if you have or plan on poly motor mounts.
