no need to buy a new/used head.

Pull head, take to machine shop, have new valves, new stem seals and a resurfacing done.

Replace head gasket, put on new head.

Now, replace tbelt, bbelt, tbelt tensioner, tbelt tensioner pulley, bbelt tensioner, cam seals, crank seal, oil pump sprocket seal and if you can get it out,and back in, front balance shaft seal.  Tighten up oil pump housing.  Clean it all up.  Reassemble carefully.  Change oil and filter.  put in new plugs.  Fill coolant.
