Yeah 3G's for  1G FWD is not bad.   I woulda still fought for more money..

I had the same problem with ICBC last year.  They said they changed thier rules and now they wont let it happen anymore. 

You can buy it back tho its its a rare car or you can bring up a good enough reason to buy it back.

Once you signed the paper tho and took the cheque... its their car.  Good luck!
