do you have an aftermarket boost guage or are you relying on the factory "estimate"?

If you are using the factory guessing game, you need to get an aftermarket one so you can find out if you actually are getting boost.

From your description, you could have so many different problems, we can't go any further until you find out if you are making positive manifold pressure or just having a huge knock problem, or skipped a couple of timing belt teeth or have a huge back pressure issue in your exhuast or a seriously plugged fuel filter or....

ok, so its a lack of power.  good, now we have to find out why.

What boost pressure do you see when this lack of power is felt?  What do you have it set at with your controller?

josh i have the same problem going on at the moment as well, my boost gauge is going to 14 psi like it always does but im not really going anywhere, kinda the same situation happened when my exhuast manifold was cracked, i replaced it and everything was awesome..... till now, but im guessing its my valve cover leaking oil into the spark plugs so once i get my cover changed out and check my plugs ill go from there, untill then im still just babying it
