Sure you could re-weld it if you could flatten that warped part out again. I know quite a few Magnus's that have had this problem.

Weld it, sell it on EBAY and buy a JMF

I'm not saying it should do that, because it certainly shouldn't, but I see a WI setup on that car. I'm willing to be quite a few of the magnus' that explode are caused by meth in the intake. Batch fire...  :o

when the big turboes come, magnus ftw.  well thats what i have. 28psi w/ meth with alot of racing. still hasn't blown up, mind you I have the newer version with the brace to prevent it from blowing open like that.

I've got money on the JMF manifolds taking home the best ET's this season.

The funny thing is I have run meth and a lot of meth in my car for years on my old intake never a problem?  And I'm sure alot of others with Polk, BJ, JM, AMS etc also run meth but you don't see pics of there intakes exploded all over the Internet.

No doubt it's weaker. Still doesn't take away from the fact that explosions inside the intake likely blew a lot of them up.
I'm sure the Magnus is lighter also. My 1G MSMIM is lighter than a friend's BJ. That in itself probably explains why it's more weak.
