no, you don't need more fuel just because you have a big exhaust. I ran a full 3" for a year with the stock injectors. But you DO need it if you are going to make alot more power.
As well, fuel cut has nothing to do with how much fuel you have. The computer doesn't know you have that fuel so it will still cut it if you exceed that airflow value.
