Well i finished my rebuild a few weeks ago. Time to post some pics. At the moment i just finished the break in and im waiting for the fuel system to arrive. 880cc injectors, Megasquirt 2.2, Aeromotive Afpr, Innovative Lc-1. Everything should be here next week.

who did the machine work?

do you use any parts from the SRT-4?  Or all aftermarket?

Can you get better cams for that car?

The machining work was done by pacific machining, on 5th downtown. They did a great job and answered a lot of my questions.


I used aftermarket parts for the first gen neon. The engine is identical except the cylinder head is flipped.

There are aftermarket cams. I kept the stock due since they don't provide that much of a improvement. One guy ran 11s with basically the same setup i have but with a port job.
