Osoyoos drive .
« on: June 02, 2007, 06:25:47 pm »
So for our 5 year anniversary me and my gf  decided to take few days off and head to osoyoos . And just for the kick of it I took my brother's car.
I have drove there many times in few different cars  but never had as much fun as in a DSM.

We left  on Thursday morning and  it took us 3 and half hours to get there  NO traffic and open roads. For does who have never been to osoyoos once there  just drive past it towards  grand forks just to make it up some awesome windy roads and tight turns.

Here is a nice pic of the observation point looking over osoyoos .

Well I  think we should have a Fraser valley - osoyoos trip :D I saw a lot of bikes club driving by and I think we could do that to !

I did that drive 6 years ago in my 1g with my then-new girlfriend. Now we're married (just had our 2nd anniversary) and we're taking the Talon out once again. Likely this time to Coquitlam to look for a place to move to. At least this time the talon will be completely rebuilt so it should drive nice.

I lived in Osoyoos in 1991...that photo is from Anarchist Mountain I believe. Just off to the left out of the picture is Hayne's Point provincial campground. I lived just up the street.
